1) Artwork 

 Digital artwork can be emailed to sales@willenoutdoor.com , to ensure client 100% no worry, we can sign confidential clause with each other,artwork preferred to AI , CDR or PDF format.

2) Samples 

 All samples will be charged double of the unit price ,sample charges will be refuned when the order is placed over US dollars $5,000.

3) Payment – Payment made with T/T 

4) Payment term – 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.  

5) Lead time 

 Within 40-50days after deposit paid and golden samples confirmed.

6) Cancellations 

 Order can’t be cancelled without permission from factory if order placed.

 Cusomters should be liable for all charges inccured by cancellations.

7) Price term 

 — All price are quoted on FOB Xiamen

 –All price are quoted base on standard package

 –Quotation validity: 1 month only

8) Product details confirmation  

Before production, clients should confirm every details with factory, for example, with Made in China label or not , what logo client need, with slikprinting , metal plate or other else….etc.

9) Packaging – For all OEM products, clients must privde package requirement to factory.
